Refund policy

  1. In the unfortunate event of you returning the KALA KASHI products, the customer has to raise a request within 5 to 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt and approval of the request, the customer will be asked to ship the products to the Varanasi office, and the same will be confirmed by mail only. 
  2. Not all products are eligible for returns, please go through the product details carefully before placing an order. All Made to order/customized orders are ineligible for return.
  3. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact and in original packaging are eligible for return and exchange
  4. Return and exchange requests will not be entertained through any other medium like Facebook/Instagram, chat, or phone call. 
  5. Upon receipt of returns and clear quality checks, customers can choose to receive store credit or get a refund on their original credit or debit card used for payment. A deductible re-stocking fee will be applicable for all returns.
  6. After initiating the refund it will reflect in the customer's bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
  7. In the improbable possibility that your products reach damaged or you receive the wrong product, write to us at textilehub06@gmail.com., with a video of the vandalized/damaged product. A complaint should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order. In such cases, a full refund will be offered. 
  8. All Custom Duties levied for the product return will be abode by the customer.
  9. If the exchange is made with a higher amount of product, a coupon code value for the returned product will be issued. This code can be used while placing the next order and paying the rest amount. 
  10. If the exchange is made with a lower amount of product, a credit note valued at the difference amount will be issued.  
  11. All returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of KalaKashi.

 

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 4-6 working days
