Shipping policy
- For domestic orders, shipping is free
- For international orders, will calculate shipping during checkout depending on your order value and dimensions. Any customs charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer
- From the moment an order is placed, it takes about 8 to 9 days for domestic orders aand10 to 15 days for international orders to get delivered, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Multiple items will arrive in multiple shipments.

- All orders will be duly delivered to the address mentioned when placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at textilehub06@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If an order is canceled within 2 hrs, the full amount will be refunded to the card used for making the payment. No request will be entertained after 2 hrs.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by KalaKashi and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.
